If you need to send a document to a foreign country, you should obtain an Apostille, pursuant to the 1961 Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents.
With an apostille, the document is entitled to recognition in the country of intended use (if that country signed the Hague Convention), and no certification by the Authentications Office or legalization by the embassy or consulate of the foreign country where the document is to be used is required.
One-Two Day Service: We walk it in, same day received, and usually get it back same or next day. We return it to you the same day we get it back, by whatever means you've arranged (send completed FedEx or UPS air-bill or addressed Postal Envelope) - CAPS FEE $60 per document.
The Florida Secretary of State will issue Apostilles for the following documents:**
Documents notarized or certified by a Florida Notary Public
**NOTE: Original Document must be submitted with the original signature; a copy cannot be certified & you must tell us the Country that the document is being Apostilled for. Please compare your document to these samples to insure that an Apostille can be obtained.
